I was raised in the shadow of the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles, always a creative type; forever captivated by all things artistic and aesthetic. Ever since I can remember, I wanted to be a Makeup Artist. My influences are very diverse: from Kevyn Aucoin’s makeup on the leading ladies of Hollywood and the world's top models, to Rick Baker’s prosthetic designs in Michael Jackson’s Thriller video. All of it ignited a spark in me to create things beautiful and magical - with a bit of excitement.
My education began at the Makeup Academy of Hollywood and the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in downtown Los Angeles. Upon graduation I began working within the television & film industry doing makeup on some of Hollywood’s A-list actors, like Reese Witherspoon, Melissa Gilbert and Terri Hatcher. As exciting and fun as it was to work in this industry, I decided to chase my own fairytale, and followed my (now) husband to Arizona.
After arriving in Arizona, I continued my education and earned my Aestheticians license. Over the past 19 years, I have worked in the Arcadia area of Phoenix perfecting my skills at makeup services, eyelash extensions, eyebrow microblading and other aesthetic services.
I have built my business and very loyal clientele over the years, and in 2022 I knew it was time to open my own space where I could curate an experience for everyone who came in the door - unlike any other in the Valley.
In addition to the services that I provide, my Salon offers a full array of hair services performed by exceptionally talented stylists.
Elise
Coco Elise Welch is an LA–based hair artist with more than two decades of experience shaping beauty through her mastery of color, cutting, and editorial styling. Known for her refined technique and intuitive creative approach, she has earned a reputation as one of the region’s most sought-after stylists.
Throughout her career, Coco has cultivated a signature style that blends precision with artistry, elevating every client experience through thoughtful consultation, meticulous craftsmanship, and an eye for timeless, effortless beauty. Her work spans the full spectrum of the hair world—from transformative color and modern lived-in looks to high-impact editorial creations.
Coco's deep product knowledge and technical foundation are rooted in years of working with leading professional brands. She is constantly expanding her skill set, staying attuned to emerging trends while honoring classic foundations.

Van
Trained at Toronto’s prestigious Fiorio Beauty Academy, Van developed a strong foundation in precision cutting, advanced color, and sophisticated styling before joining Salon Daniel in the heart of Yorkville, one of Toronto’s most style-conscious communities.
In 1997, she opened her own salon and spent the next 25 years building a loyal clientele through technical excellence, thoughtful consultations, and an intuitive ability to create hair that feels both elevated and effortless. Throughout her career, Van also served as a platform artist and member of the Goldwell education team, teaching professional stylists across Ontario in color, cutting, updos, and advanced styling techniques.

From glittery Las Vegas, I’ve spent the past 13 years in the beauty industry doing what I love most: helping people feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves. My background in customer service has shaped my approach behind the chair, making it a priority to create a welcoming experience where every guest feels comfortable, heard, and cared for.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible names and events, including the NFL Raiderettes, the Latin Grammys, the Academy Awards, and Pin-Up Magazine. These experiences have helped me grow as an artist and continue to fuel my passion for the beauty industry.
I especially love creating lived-in balayages, beautiful blondes, and chic, effortless bobs. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a whole new look, my goal is to help you leave my chair feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about your hair.
When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me vintage shopping, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or spending time with my German Shepherd, Lilo. I can’t wait to meet you, get to know you, and be part of your hair journey!
